By accessing or using the Rax-AI platform ("Rax," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the "Hover & Swap" architecture or any associated generative services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Services

Rax provides an AI-powered full-stack application generator. Our services include:

• Prompt-to-Code: Natural language processing to generate initial application scaffolding.
• Visual Editing: The "Hover & Swap" interface for component modification.
• Code Export: The ability to download source code in React, Vite, or Next.js formats.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

We believe in developer autonomy. The distinction between the Tool and the Output is defined as follows:

3.1 Your Ownership (The Output)

You retain full ownership of the code exported from Rax. This includes the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and asset structures generated by your specific prompts.

3.2 Our Ownership (The Tool)

Rax-AI retains all rights to the underlying generation engine, the "Hover & Swap" interface, the proprietary component library, and the AI models used to interpret prompts.

4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Rax utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to write code. While we strive for accuracy, AI is probabilistic, not deterministic.

"The code is provided 'as is'. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code generated by Rax before deploying it to a production environment."

We do not guarantee that generated code will be:

1. Free of bugs or syntax errors.
2. Fully compliant with all accessibility standards (WCAG).
3. Free from security vulnerabilities.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to use Rax to generate applications that:

• Facilitate illegal activities or promote hate speech.
• Phish for sensitive user data or distribute malware.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Rax generation API.

Fair Use: Excessive automated scraping or API abuse that degrades performance for other users may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services.
