You retain full ownership of the code exported from Rax. This includes the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and asset structures generated by your specific prompts.
Commercial Rights: You are free to sell, license, or open-source the applications you build with Rax without owing royalties to Rax-AI.
Rax-AI retains all rights to the underlying generation engine, the "Hover & Swap" interface, the proprietary component library, and the AI models used to interpret prompts.
Rax utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to write code. While we strive for accuracy, AI is probabilistic, not deterministic.
"The code is provided 'as is'. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code generated by Rax before deploying it to a production environment."

Fair Use: Excessive automated scraping or API abuse that degrades performance for other users may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services.
