Privacy Policy

Transparency regarding how Rax-AI handles your personal information, generated projects, and input data.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the Rax-AI generation service, we collect information in two primary categories: Account Information and Usage Data.

  • Account Information: When you sign up, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, and billing information (processed via secure third-party payment providers).
  • Usage Data: We collect technical data regarding your device, browser type, IP address, and interaction logs within the "Hover & Swap" interface to improve system performance.

2. How We Handle Your Prompts

We understand that your app ideas and prompt inputs are your intellectual property. Our policy regarding Input Data (prompts, code descriptions, and component selections) is strictly defined:

Training Disclosure: By default, we do not use your private prompts or generated code to train our public foundational models. Your projects remain isolated within your workspace.

Input data is temporarily processed by our inference engine to generate the requested output and is cached for a limited time to allow for "Undo/Redo" functionality within the editor.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

  1. Service Provision: To authenticate your access and render the Rax interface.
  2. Communication: To send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates.
  3. Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Rax uses cookies and local storage to maintain your session state (keeping you logged in) and to remember your interface preferences (e.g., Dark Mode settings).

You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but please note that the "Hover & Swap" editor requires local storage to function correctly. Disabling these technologies will render the core application unusable.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data exchanged between your browser and Rax servers is encrypted via TLS 1.3.
  • Encryption at Rest: Project files and user databases are encrypted using AES-256 standards.

"While we work tirelessly to protect your data, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. You use the service at your own risk."

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
